Сonducted 100+ technical interviews with designers from South America, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and India, fostering a multicultural team spirit.

Workshop on defining the fundamentals of digital banking

Initiator of the design system creation in the bank.
Established processes for closer collaboration between designers and developers accelerated the delivery process, reducing errors and rework.
By collaborating with design schools, I increased awareness of the HR brand and boosted the loyalty of young talent.
Organised a Turkish design community and ran an external event to raise brand awareness after the acquisition.
